I posted a progress picture yesterday and deleted it because of a hurtful comment.

After having a few conversations with a few of my close friends, I have decided to post a new picture I took today because I have realized that it isn’t about the haters it’s about me.

I am extremely proud of the progress I have made in the last year and if I want to share it, I am allowed to share it.

This time last year I was at my lowest. I was depressed and hated myself.

I would find any excuse I could to eat junk thinking it would make me feel better.

I would make excuses not to go to the gym.

I was medicated for my depression and anxiety. I felt like I was walking around on autopilot.

I finally decided enough was enough and decided to finally do something for myself.

Fast forward a year later. I am loving and enjoying my life. I am eating the foods I like within my macros. I am doing cardio and lifting weights at least 5 times a week.

I am not longer medicated for my depression and anxiety and have learned healthier coping strategies to deal with the bad days instead of eating until I couldn’t breathe.

In this last year, I haven’t just become physically stronger but also emotionally stronger and I couldn’t be happier!

I am excited to see what this next year brings! 💪🏻🔥💕

12 Weeks ago I made a Commitment and a Public Declaration that I would be in the best shape of my life in 12 weeks

Commitment is a funny thing...

On Day 1 of my commitment Alec asked me what do I want out of this...

I told him I want to be the best I have ever been

I'm proud to say WE DID IT 💪

Was I perfect?

No...

Were there days I didn't show up as my best?

Absolutely

But, I still showed up! I watched my game film. I didn't make excuses. I put one foot in front of the other and focused on progress each and every day.

As I'm reflecting on this journey I had a realization that I wanted to share

Now that I'm in the best shape of my life what's next?

I realized that right when you reach your “best ever”

You still have room for progress!

My new best is still yet to come!

The best part about this transformation is that as my best ever I can give more than ever to...

I REALLY DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS!!

Does this sound familiar? I said it for many years as I watched my body deteriorate, age, and began accepting it as the normal aging process.

Truth is, I don't have time to not prioritize this. As I mentioned before, my life was declining emotionally and physically. I tried everything.... get more sleep, quiet time, Journaling, supplements, prayer and the list goes on. The secret is putting in the time for Exercise. This truly does it all for you both mentally and physically.

I DON'T HAVE TIME, I MADE TIME:

  • To spend with God
  • To accelerate in my career
  • To date my husband
  • To spend time with my 4 KIDS ages 2-15
  • Continue to gain more knowledge through education.

I AM ALSO A:

  • Daughter
  • Friend
  • Aunt
  • Daughter in law
  • Sister
  • Business Owner
  • Sports mom
  • Pet owner

I STILL HAVE TO FIND TIME TO:

  • Clean the house
  • Do the laundry for 6
  • Grocery shop and meal prep
  • Workout
  • Take care of myself
  • The list goes on and on

RIGHT NOW:

  • My Mom is in Hospice
  • My Daughters are both competing in sports and traveling.
  • In the middle of an incredible and exciting business venture.

There is never seemingly enough time. But if your health is gone, the above doesn't matter. With all the confusion in the world of products, pills, surgeries, and diet hacks... one thing I know is that science can beat it. Knowledge I didn't have to change my body after 40 years old.

BOOM! 👊🏼💥 It WORKS! I am so grateful for the attention to detail and accountability in this program. It takes commitment and a customized nutritional and educational approach to rewire my life choices and habits!!!

Hey friends! 🌟 I rarely post stuff like this, but I couldn't resist sharing my 60-day progress with you all. It's been a humbling experience, and I'm incredibly proud of the changes I've achieved. 💪😌

Thanks to the amazing guidance of Alec Cheplak from Cheplak Live Wellness Coaching, I embarked on a journey of self-improvement. 🏋️‍♂️💯 In just 60 days, I've lost weight and gained muscle, and the results have been mind-blowing! 😱

So far this transformation isn't just about physical changes; it's been a season of cutting, simplifying, and reducing in all areas of my life and business. It's incredible how aligning our bodies and minds can create such an amazing feeling of fulfillment! 🙌💆‍♂️

Jon has influenced us in a positive way in so many aspects, including our health, nutrition, and fitness.

I started taking my fitness seriously about a year ago.

I was frustrated that the scale wasn’t moving. My coach at that time told me there’s something wrong with you and asked me to get blood work done.

I was insulin resistant (pre-diabetic).

I was put on metformin and still nothing was changing.

I completed the hard 75, and my weight didn’t move. I was gaining muscle but not losing fat. I went to a functional doctor and found out I was intolerant to rice and soy. I was eating about two cups of rice a day. 🥹

I never gave up. I continued to work out until I found Alec Cheplak and his wife Shannon …Jon started Cheplak Fitness, and he put me on a different diet and workout routine that I finally saw results with.

I lost 10 pounds in just over three weeks working with him and his wife.

My wife and I made a commitment to our personal growth, and health, nutrition, and fitness are at the top.

The moral of the story is that no matter what, don’t give up. (Today I am no longer pre-diabetic nor taking metformin )Be curious, but more importantly…
